Frymer Construction has a dedicated and full service Remodel department. This department initially started as a value-added service to our existing clients, typically performing unit remodels for older buildings. The remodel department has continued to grow from there, and is now seen as its own self-sufficient branch of Frymer Construction.

The Frymer Remodel department is primarily focused on servicing multi-family living spaces, to best leverage the expertise and contacts of Frymer as a whole.

Typical unit turns could include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Full kitchen remodel
• Framing & Drywall
• Electrical & Plumbing finishes
• Painting
